What do I do when OPAC doesn't return any search results?

If I'd like to use materials that the library doesn't have, how can I get those?

You can request them from other libraries by paying a fee.You can apply for it using Library online services (My OPAC) on the Central library website.
Contact the staff for details about processing time and fee.
