Notes on using E-journals and E-books

You can search for E-journals and E-books by titles, ISSN, DOI, PubMed ID (PMID), categories, and others. Kitasato signed a contract with the publishers to use E-journals and E-books. When users don't follow the rules, the whole university will not be able to use E-journals and E-books, this would make it extremely difficult for users to research and study. Please don't do these things listed below.

・Don't download too much
Downloading too much could stop the whole access. Although the difinition of downloading too much differs according to resources, it could be , for example, downloading the whole issue of an E-journal and/or the use of a crawler. Don't download too much even manually.
 * DOWNLOAD means not saving data in your PC but opening a file in a screen.

・Don't distribute downloaded data to others
Kitasato made a contract with the publishers and academic associations to use E-journals. It's against the contract that users distribute downloaded data to others directly or by e-mail etc.
