※when you request materials located in Kitasato University Kitasato Institute Hospital, use copy service as much as possible insetead of borrowing actual materials.

Please follow the procedure below and order a request using the Web form.

1. Check if you can obtain the material through e-journals.
   Search for the material using "Kitasato University Library e-journal list "on the Shirokane Library website.
   Use e-journals as much as possible.
   If you can't find it, proceed to No.2.
   
   
2.  Make sure that the material you would like to borrow belongs to the Shirokane Library using OPAC on the Shirokane Library's website.
   
   
3.  Fill the required bibliographic data in the blanks.
   Send the request after check what you filled out.
