図書館利用方法（外部利用者）

 重要本図書館を利用できるのは、以下の方に限らせていただいております。

【利用できる方】

  1. 卒業生
  2. 北里柴三郎記念会会員
  3. 順天中学校・高等学校の在校生、教職員
  4. その他外部の方
    調査研究のために、当館で所蔵する資料の利用を希望される方で、
    他大学の学生、研究機関、病院、公共機関等に所属する方
    ※元教職員の方も外部利用者になります。
    　名誉教授は学内関係者としてご利用いただけます。

上記に当てはまらない方は、原則ご利用いただけません。

来館を希望される方は、必ず下記「対象者別利用案内」をご確認のうえお申込みください。

開館時間

  • 第１土曜日 　　9:00～17:00 

 
休 館 日

  • 日曜日・祝日・土曜日（第１土曜日以外）
  • 本法人の記念日
  • 夏期休業および年末年始

※臨時閉館や開館時間の変更をすることがあります。来館の際は必ずカレンダーをご確認ください。

 

【サービスについて】

まる利用できるサービス

  • 閲覧
  • 複写（コピー）
    複写は当館の資料に限り、著作権法の範囲内でご利用いただけます。
    図書は1冊の半分を超えて複写することはできません。
    詳細はカウンターにお問い合わせください。

バツ利用できないサービス

  • 貸出
  • 相互貸借
  • レファレンス
  • データベース（文献検索）
  • 電子ジャーナルの閲覧
  • 学内LANを介してのインターネット利用

 

【ご利用にあたって】

  • 資料によっては、取り出しに時間を要する等、当日中の提供が困難な場合があります。閲覧を希望する資料が決まっている場合は、事前に資料名をご連絡ください。
  • 当館所蔵資料に関する確認が必要な場合は、事前にご連絡いただくか、平日9時～16時にご来館ください。
  • 発熱や咳等、体調がすぐれない場合は来館をお控えください。
  • 入館時には手指消毒を行ってください。

　〇Alumni and members of The Memorial Association of Shibasaburo Kitasato
　〇People who belong to other universities, research institutions, hospitals
　   and public organizations to use materials for research

　　*** Former faculty members are external users.***

Action needed
　〇For alumni
      Please apply using this form at least 5 days before the date you wish to use the service.
      On the day of your visit, please bring your idetification to the library counter.
　〇For members of The Memorial Association of Shibasaburo Kitasato
　   A special card is required to enter and exit the library.
　   Please inquire at The Memorial Association of Shibasaburo Kitasato Office.
　〇For other external users
　   Please bring a letter of introduction from your institution's library and your idetification
　   to the library counter.
　   The library may close temporarily or change its opening hours. Be sure to check here.

Privileges
　〇Read materials in the library.
　〇Copy materials at the counter.
      (You have to contact library staff to use the copy service.)
